He also let me know that I should feel free to experiment with the product. So lately I’ve been mixing a pinch of the powder into my food. for example I put some into my flour when I’m making arepas. Or Jay let me know I could also use it as a pre workout, I’ve played around with other pre workout drinks/powder and they always give me headaches after. But when I put some powder into my water and went into the gym I felt an energy that didn’t make me feel like my heart was going to stop. I’m excited to see what else I can conjure up using shilajit.
